Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery. 48 Hour Start date;__________________End Date;_____________________ Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:

1. Annual physical exams by a licensed veterinarian.Following veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations, flea/tick/heartworm, deworming protocols.

2. Refrain from taking puppy to public places/around other pets, until ALL vaccinations/age appropriate are given so he/she will be fully immunized against any contagious diseases!

3. Buyer agrees to have puppy spayed/neutered at 6 months or when Veterinarian advises to do so, unless buyer is purchasing Full AKC.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ALWAYS A WELCOME HOME POLICY ON ANY OF OUR PUPPY/DOGS. If for any reason during the life of this puppy/dog concerned in this contract the buyer due to unforeseen circumstances cannot, or does not want to for ANY reason continue to keep the dog we will except the dog back.NO exchange of money or replacement is offered in this circumstance. Lil Bits Pups’ Puppy/Dog will not be sent to a shelter! ________(All adopters initial)

Health Guarantee:

This puppy is guaranteed for one year from date of birth against fatal and life threatening congenital disease. (i.e. heart murmur over point 3, liver stunt, and cripping hip dysplasia) If the dog dies within this one-year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Breeder will replace the puppy. *This Guarantee will be considered VOID if you the Buyer neglects to follow through with ALL the Required Puppy vaccinations / and worming schedule etc... by a Licensed Veterinarian or if the puppy is bred.

There is no money back or replacement if you decide the puppy is not to your liking.

Seller has the right to ask you for your vet records and to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice, if needed for this one year Genetic Guarantee.

This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal for the snub-nosed breeds including but not limited to: cherry eye, entropia, grade 1-2 luxating patella, teeth misalignment, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (pinched nostrils). Nor does it cover illness resulting from improper feeding/deworming or care after leaving the breeder. Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury, being under/overweight or over exercised is not covered under this guarantee.

WE DO NOT guarantee against any non life threatening conditions (i.e. fleas, ticks, worms, skin irritations, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), kennel cough, coccidia, giardia, thyroid dysfunction, cherry eye, internal or external parasites, loose hips, loose knees, or ear mites, etc...) it is the buyers responsibility to treat condition at their expense. Seller will NOT be responsible for factors beyond their control including but not limited to; negligence, cruelty, accidental injury, exposure to disease, stress resulting from change in environment, hypoglycemia, kennel cough, retained baby teeth, teeth misalignment, stenotic nares, demodectic mange, umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, undescended testicles, or any other expense.

Buyers, Please keep your puppy off unknown surfaces until the puppy is at least 16 weeks old and has had all puppy shots, to prevent contracting diseases such as, but not limited to Parvo and

distemper. We will not be responsible for puppy contracting Parvo and Distemper or other communicable diseases once they leave breeders care.

All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. NO refunds will be given. Original puppy must be returned to the breeder unless otherwise agreed on. Replacement puppy will be of comparable quality and same sex upon availability. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of the original puppy.

Breeder will not be responsible for ANY medical expenses incurred. Buyer is responsible for all payments to the veterinarian after leaving the breeder's care.

No chargebacks will be filled through credit card companies or PayPal on this transaction for any reason.

If any legal action is necessary the litigation must be in the jurisdiction of Reidsville, Rockingham County, North Carolina.
